Fitness Center Policies
(Rules, Etiquette, Guest Fees and Dress Code)
Rules:
- All Members are required to complete and sign a waiver.
- Members and guest must sign-in at the Fitness Center Counter when entering the fitness facility.
- An orientation is suggested for all Members before using and Circuit machines or Cardio Equipment. Please use only the equipment on which you have been instructed.
- Member’s children under the age of 14 years old may not use the Fitness Center.
- Member’s children that are 14 or 15 years old must be accompanied and supervised at all times by a parent after completing their orientation.
- Member’s children between the ages of 16 and 18 may use the Fitness Facility unaccompanied, but must register and complete a full facility orientation from the Fitness Director before using the center.
- A Member must accompany a Guest. A guest fee will be charged to the Members account.
- Guests are required to sign a waiver and release from liability form as furnished by the Club.
- Only one guest will be allowed per visit.
- The Fitness Center is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Lost and found items will be held for 30 days.
- The Fitness Center reserves the right to modify the facilities Hours of Operation. Changes include, but are not limited to seasonal adjustments during the winter and holidays.
These policies, rules and procedures are subjected to change with proper notice being communicated to Membership.
Etiquette:
- Please return all equipment and weights to their original locations.
- Always wipe off each piece of equipment after using it.
- Shirts and shoes are required at all times.
- No food or beverages are allowed in the workout area.
- Water is allowed in the Fitness area: in bottles only.
- Please limit your cardio workout to 30 minutes unless and identical machine is unoccupied and available for others.
Guest Fees:
Guest fees for the Fitness Facility and Studio (Group Exercise Classes) are as follows:
- Fitness Floor Only (per visit) $10.00
- Exercise Class Only (per visit) $10.00
- Fitness floor and class (same day) $15.00
Dress Code:
Men:
- Shirts- Collared shirts, t-shirts, sweatshirts. All shirts must have sleeves. NO cut-off or sleeveless shirts (tank-tops)
- Pants- slacks, shorts or sweatpants. NO jeans or cut-off sweats.
Women:
- Tops- NO tank tops or tube tops. (Tank tops allowed in Studio Room for exercise classes)
- Pants- slacks, shorts, sweatpants, spandex. NO jeans or cut-off sweats.
