• The average age is 49 (51 for men & 47 for women)
• 55% of the residents of the 212 homes in the Cobblestone Creek Community are Members
• 36% of our total Membership resides in the Cobblestone Creek Community
• 57% of our Members reside in the town of Victor
• There are over 350 children of Cobblestone Creek Members combined (under the age of 23), the biggest age group being between 6 and 10 years old
